Dean walked towards his motel door. With a small smile on his face. Kicking demon ass with Buffy was ... interesting. Interesting was a good word for it. It wasn't bad, far from it. There had been a few moments where he wanted to risk getting punched just to tell her to stop being a pain in his ass. Because she was sometimes. He had found that her 'I've done this before' attitude irritated him almost as much as it tended to impress him. And it was the almost that made it interesting. And the fact that Dean didn't tend to be overly impressed in general. But Buffy Summers was an impressive woman, weird name included. Even when she was being snippy at him for getting his book where he kept the exorcism words in the car. Irritating but still impressive. ... really irritating. But you got the picture.
Unlocking the door he entered the room. And spotted his brother walking around the room. He paused as he took Sam in brow quirked. He wondered what Sam wanted. It wasn't that they weren't on good terms, in fact they were on better terms now. Which kind of soured Dean's good mood, that he had to be on "terms" with his brother. However, he tried not to think that hard on it at the moment. It wasn't that he minded seeing Sam, it was just unexpected. Dean tended to stay at a motel. And Sam at the complex. Or now ... with the demon.
Quirking a brow and looking at Sam with a mixture of curiosity and uncertainty, he said, "Hey." Signaling his arrival. If it had been an emergency, Sam would have texted him or called him or something wouldn't have he?
