Drinks! Poker shenanigans! Other things! Oh my!
Late Wednesday July 17, 2013/Early Thursday July 18, 2013; The Roadhouse/streets of Lawrence/Apt #308
PG-13 (at the very least, may be changed)/In progress

"We could always take this back to my place..."

After everything that had happened recently, Ginger had mostly avoided going out on a social level. She took care of things at Purgatory, went out for food and toher such necessities, but other than that, she kept her socializing to the complex. It damn time she let go of that for a bit, put everything else aside and had some real fun. So, at the Captain's agreement to meet at The Roadhouse, Ginger had gone off to get ready.

She had met him there a good few hours ago by now. There had been drinks and conversation, heavily laced with flirtation, and at some point, they'd decided to play poker. Ginger wasn't exactly sure when that decision had been made now, but it had begun to take a bit of a different turn than Jo was going to allow in her bar and the pair of them were told to cool their jets or take the party somewhere else.

Ginger watched the lithe blonde bar owner walk away and turned back to the man at the table across from her, giggling softly. "Well, I think it's safe to say she doesn't want us stripping right in the middle of her bar," She said, picking up the glass in front of her, finishing off what bit was left. "but we could always take this back to my place." She said, her tone suggestive as she stared across the table at him expectantly. The ball was in his court now.
