Vicki smelled the guy before she heard him, and that was just way too weird to her. Glancing up, she watched him approach, a little bit of her inner flirt stirring at his words. There were some things even she couldn't resist, and a pretty face was one of them - after all, both Tyler and Jeremy were pretty boys. This guy wasn't all that different, except maybe a little older and with lighter hair. Giving a half shrug, the eighteen year old smiled a little. "Sort of. I'm meeting my boyfriend. He's supposed to be coming to pick me up," she told him, and she hoped that was what would happen, though the daylight still presented a major issue. Maybe Jer would be willing to just hang out until the sun sank below the horizon?
Absently she tossed her hair back from her face, a gesture that she'd learned from watching her mother when she was younger flirt and talk to the many men she'd paraded in and out of Vicki and Matt's lives after their father had taken off. She wasn't even aware that she did it, or that she was dangerously close to growing up to be way too much like Kelly, something she'd always swore would never happen. Glancing from the guy to the library door, Vicki looked back at him after a moment. "Heading in for the books or the computers?" He didn't strike her as the booky type, but maybe he was just a geek.
