Cas sounded so worn out. Peter held back a soft sigh of his own, turning to look up again and tracing the lights with his gaze. "I don't know any of their names, really," Peter confessed, clicking his teeth together. "Astronomy was never my strong point. I don't know much about them at all. But they're nice to look at."
He glanced back over at Cas. Peter was curious now. He knew so very little about his friend's life before Lawrence. He'd watched Cas struggle so much, to deal with human life, to connect with people he'd been friends with before. But he didn't know what led to that. What brought an Angel to a point where he lost his Grace? What did that even really mean? Perhaps if Peter understood that better, he could help Cas more.
But now wasn't a great time, probably, to bring up such things. It was quiet, and calm, and nice out tonight. Good for distractions and trying to let go of worrying for a bit, something that was hard enough for Cas as it was. So he would focus on this for now, focus on just spending some quiet time together. "Have you seen any of them up close? They're like the sun, right? And some of them have other planets."
