Andrea had a feeling that he hadn't meant it as a joke. This ... being was way too stoic. Yet despite that, her mouth twitched as she attempted to fight back a grin. Pressing her lips together holding back her amusement, she nodded and said, "I see." When she managed to still the amusement, not too much time afterwards, she continued, "I think anyone who is a die hard fan will know the difference." Unless, the movie was the only thing that was fiction about this guy and the rest had yet to be released or something.
Right. Bound to his host. That brought up a whole host of questions but since they were keeping it short, Andrea stamped down on the nosy intern reporter in her head and, simply nodded. "Alright then."
When he mentioned again about the host suppressing him, she again wanted to ask. To even maybe quip a bit but she just instead said, "That's probably. Well, it's nice to meet you now anyway." And she meant it. This guy was kind of cool. For a talking flaming head. Much better than the goody types that lectured.
"Something along those lines. I don't think so much rob completely, from what I've seen, just makes things more difficult to work. Although it might be different from you. My only experience with that is through some witches. Although it only seems to work with mystical and magical powers." Hence why people like herself and Kara still had theirs.
She looked up sharply at him and didn't say something for a long time. Efficiency momentarily forgotten. Her mind started ticking things away. Like an angel? Less of an ass that was sure. Or maybe like Nemesis? She rather liked that thought better. And while she wasn't deeply into mythology to know if the goddess had ever been too subjective, she preferred that comparison. A goddess of Justice rather than servants to a jealous God. It seemed much more egalitarian.
Slowly she nodded, as she came to accept and finished and mulling over his words. Though she didn't say anything in response to his information about it being his duty.
"Sometimes." She murmured in agreement. "I'm not talking about the laws so much as the people who hold those laws to heart." Probably a bit more than they should.
