He knew he argued with Marian so easily because he held her opinion in such high regard. And so if she disagreed with him, it had a greater impact on whatever choice, or opinion, that might have been. It waan't as easy to dismiss her input if he didn't necessarily agree.
He laughed at that. "I think you underestimate the length of the list, Marian." He raised an eyebrow at that, glancing upward as though he could see the length of his hair. "It's not that long."
