WHO: Andrea Rojas and Kara Kent WHERE: Italy, gimmie a second to find a beach :-P WHEN: Afternoon. WHAT: Enjoying beaches, looking at fine men, talking. Status:Closed/Incomplete RATINGS: TBD, likely PG-13
Andrea could never tire of beaches. Never ever. She just loved being by the water too much. Even when she wasn't swimming-which sadly had been difficult to do in Hawaii because of the stitches-she was fine with it, deriving enjoyment simply by being near the water. It also didn't hurt that each beach was different, as beautiful (and in the cases more beautiful) than the next.
Laying flat on her back, one of her legs bent and the other leg over it, foot swinging idly, she enjoyed the wonderful Italian sun. After Hawaii they had gone to Paris but she had wanted to go a short visit to Italy. The most beautiful cities were just a train ride away from each other. Other cities were even closer because of having a friend that could fly. That was highly conveniant for someone who wanted to get away from things for a while. At first it had been about getting away, now it was about experiences. She had had such a list of things that she wanted to do when she was younger, plans to do with her mother, to do with friends, to do with ... just lists and dreams. Yet all of that changed and went into the back-burner when her mother died, then when she became the Angel. She had become so filled with tunnel vision. But it's like she told Clark ... perspective. She had a different perspective. It apparently she needed to come close to the possibility of death to have certain things slammed into her stubborn head. Not that she was going to forget what she had learnt the first time around, she was just going to enjoy things a bit more now. ... ignoring the the difficulty with sleeping and her strange appetite, it was working rather well actually.
Her Zune was currentlyplaying Iyaz's Replay and through her sunglasses she noticed a very beautiful Italian man. He wasn't looking her way, but that could change later on, and at the moment she was quite fine with watching him from the comfort of her towel.
Pausing her zune, she turned to Kara, "Roman god to the right." She said with a mischievous grin.
