To his credit, Henry didn’t flinch away from her touch. He didn’t lean into it like he usually did either, just sat there and stared down at the book as the raindrops began to fall. “I don’t think you have to forgive her.” How could some of them ever do that? Forcing people to forgive someone wouldn’t work out well for anyone. He’d figured that much out already. “And people shouldn’t tell you to...but does it have to become a fight if people do? Can’t people just say they won’t and walk away?”
