Andy grinned wickedly. "Oh man... do you think Sam would do it? He'd be an awesome Chewie." Andy was entirely taken by the idea. "Hell I don't even think he'd need much of a costume. Just the belt thing." They could take photos, maybe Sam would even relax for a night. That was guy was entirely too tense, much more than the last time Andy had seen him.
The smile faded at mention of the name. "Yeah... glad that's over," he said, his tone more thoughtful. It had been a miserable time for everyone and, though Andy had made the best of it he could, his worry for those around him just made it all worse. He took comfort, then, from her proximity. "At lease now I can enjoy the comic store a lot more," he added hopefully, trying not to get too down.
"It's better than pizza," he said like it was some great secret just before they reached the counter and where shown to a table for two. Andy had asked for their best table and, of course, he got it. He liked the ferns for privacy and the candle for ambiance. So far it was a very good restaurant.
He pulled out her chair for her, because he figured he should and thought it wasn't really agreed on it was, technically, a date. Andy certainly saw it that way anyway. Once he was settled he picked up the menu and read it with great enthusiasm, licking his lips and the selection and the thought eating some of it. "Lasagne," he announced after a minute. "Yeah. Lasagne. Unless you wanna share a pizza?"
