"A little, actually." Sure, Danny's idea of a clique were nothing more than social groups, but he understood at least a little. "Probably doesn't mean the same thing to me as it does to you, but I think I get it, a little." He could understand how she was feeling, at least a little. He may not have been displaced by nearly as much time, but it seemed like so much had changed in such a small amount of time.
"They do, yeah," Danny confirmed, nodding. He leaned back on his heels a little, sliding his hands into the pockets of his jeans. "They're the ones that helped me when I showed up. The complex isn't too far from here, actually." He nodded in the direction of his bike. "I've got a ride right over there. If you want, I can take you over to the complex and introduce you to someone who can get everything set for you."
