"You are still you and I have seen people come back from worse," Cas said frankly. "We will help you, Much. You know we will do whatever is necessary to restore you." Castiel meant it too. He would give everything for his friends if he saw purpose in it. "Have you told anyone else?"
Had he spoken to the witch? It seemed the most likely and it never ended well. "Good. That's good." Cas knew a lot of pain. It was wearing and he didn't wish a more catastrophic version on his friend. He could see the lack of pain wasn't much comfort to his friend though. He doubted it would be much comfort to him either if he could see his own, new, bones.
