Sam worried that he didn't say the right thing yet again for a second; he was expressing how he truly felt, but had it been in the right way? That was one fault of his. For all the symphathy he had to offer to others, Sam had a hard time telling people how he generally felt. As deep as this love stuff was, Sam often worried that he didn't go about it the right way. It was hard getting the right words out, even though he knew exactly how he felt. His heart didn't lie. That demon that he had felt inside of the body in his arms had been the most beautiful thing that he had ever encountered, even in all of it's terrifying glory. Demon she may have been, but at the same time she was more than that. She was amazing.
"It is," Sam agreed. He ran his fingers through her hair warmly, freeing his fingers from her own at the same time so that he was able to embrace Ruby once more. "You're stuck with me whether you like it or not." Sam smiled a little at that. What a sight they must have been. Demon and Hunter, professing their love for one another. It really was a good thing that Dean wasn't around - he'd have passes out at the sight of them both. Mostly out of incontrollable anger, unfortunately. But he wasn't there. It was just Sam and Ruby. For now, Sam found that he liked it that way. He was perfectly content. "You belong with me." Sam brought his hand to her face, tilting Ruby's chin up so that he could look her in the eyes. "I love you."
Ruby was practically screaming to be loved right now and Sam fully planned on following through. Sam found that for all the offers of handcuffs and fun, Sam wanted to try something different. Something new. "None of that tonight. I have something else in mind." Sam grabbed Ruby by the hand and pulled her toward the bedroom. "You'll like it. I think?"
