"I like to color and draw. I made missing posters of my papa when I showed up."
Because what child wouldn't do that? Given the way Storybrooke and Fairytale Land was, it made sense that would have been Grace's reaction to the whole thing. Even though she hadn't known for certain her papa was even there. It just made sense and she had believed in him and that he would be there. Not that it would have been his fault if he weren't but that was irrelevant.
"Probably."
Okay, more than probably. He was probably pacing or something. But saving a kitten was totally a worthy cause of being late and helping a new person. Even if he didn't trust people and thought she shouldn't be so open to people at expense to herself, she wasn't about to stop. She knew he was worried, especially because of the post from the night previous but that didn't mean a thing. It wasn't that bad.
At the question about the kitten, Grace blinked.
"Maybe for the night? We have Binks and I don't think we can keep him forever but until we find him a home or you get supplies?"
Because she didn't want to put the poor kitten outside either. But she also figured that between her, Jefferson and Binks, another cat probably wouldn't fit well in the apartment.
