The brow quirk was met with a faint frown in return, because really, only Becker could have entire conversations with someone based on just tiny facial expressions. Not just anyone though, it had to be someone who knew him well enough to get him. Luckily, Abby fell into that category.
It was strange to think that Connor wouldn't know him that well. By his time they had been close, Becker actually considered him to be one of his closest friends. Connor, Abby, Matt, Jess. Even Lester, in his sarcastic way. They had become more than just a team, and it seemed that Connor here knew none of that.
"Hmmm." Was his response at first. That probably meant that Connor knew about Cutter. The first failure of the captain. "Thanks for the warning. That could potentially have been awkward." Understatement.
Again, most people would have reacted with disbelief, but Becker just listened. Abby was intelligent and far from naive, so if she said there were demons and Horsemen, then there were. "Alright." He nodded. "So, how do we handle this? What can we do to protect ourselves? How many others are here?" Spoken like a soldier, like a tactician. Becker's first reaction was always to think of the plan, for survival. It was how he had been trained.
