Oh, no, Neville thought to himself. After all, he had ended up being spotted by a Muggle. That could get him in loads of trouble, and while there weren't that many people out on the streets, there were still enough that he couldn't try a quick little memory erasing spell, just for the past couple of minutes. If it was all reported, the Ministry wouldn't get upset about that. It was for the Muggle's own good when that had to be done, after all. And the good of the wizardign world.
But then he realized something. This... Dean person, he wasn't freaking out or asking questions. He was oddly calm and talking about new arrivals, and something about fangirls, whatever those were.
"Yes, I'm new here. Otherwise, what are you talking about?" he asked, watching Dean carefully. It was like the man almost knew about what was going on, but he thought Neville was wearing a dress when it clearly wasn't. He glanced up and down the street once more, checking to see if Ron was anywhere within sight. This had to be his fault, after all. There wasn't anyone else anywhere near them.
