No human would dare. But a demon. This demon. Oh she'd dare pretty much anything if she thought it would aid her cause. Not to mention she was hex bagged to hell against the bastard angel and...well she could smell him. She thought maybe there'd be something she could bring to Lilith. A way she could show just how very loyal to the cause she was. Lilith, she wavered about Ruby sometimes, had she been loyal to Azazel or the cause, was she loyal still, had the Boy King gotten into her heart.
He had but she'd never admit that to Lilith. No, instead she'd bring her information on the angel. She hid, watching his conversation with the other angel, two of them, two beings that could kill her in one place. It was almost thrilling. Even more so though, the things Uriel was saying...
Lucifer.
He wanted to free Lucifer.
It was a trap, he knew she was here, he was trying to coax her out, trying to trick her and she was not going to fall for it. Ruby turned to leave as quietly as she had come when the blinding light caused her to cover her eyes and stumble blindly from her hiding space. He'd killed the angel. Killed them.
Angels were killing Angels.
"Lucifer" she managed to utter, looking down at the angel curiously, almost facinated, "You want him here".
He probably could have just killed her. But the way Ruby was looking at the dead angel, the look in her eyes was more telling than she'd want to let on. Faithfulness and facination. Pure and honest devotion to the cause. It only lasted a moment but it was definitely there.
"Black sheep of the fold huh. I know the feeling..."
That sword, the sword he held hummed with a power that Ruby couldn't quite look away from. It felt...pure, it felt right, so right. Was Uriel really on her side...or on a side like hers...common purposes. Not that he knew it aboout her. Maybe she should keep it that way. But then he'd kill her. She knew he'd kill her, she had to give him something. "Azazel talked about a sword once...His. Sword"
