Who: Rose Weasley & Open What: Arrival When: Morning, around 9am Where: A little coffee shop in the city. Rating: TBD Status: Incomplete
During the middle of a Weasley-Potter Quidditch match at the back of the Burrow, one did not expect to go from catching a quaffel, the red ball she now held in her hands, to nearly crashing into a brick wall. Rose had pulled up on her broom just before she had almost managed to eat brick. She couldn't avoid the people who pointed at her as she lowered her broom to the ground. "Sod it all." she muttered. A group of teenage girls were gaping at her. Holding the quaffle under her arm, and her broom in one hand, she pulled her wand that was tucked into her black boot out, and gave them an apologetic smile. Sorry, loves. "Obliviate" she muttered. A trick her learned from having magical heroes as family members.
She didn't stop to look around, she knew to get out of there right away. Her original thought was just that James was playing a prank on her, and had sent her away some how. Roes turned on the spot, and tried to apparate back to the Burrow. Instead, she found herself standing beside the trash cans of some restaurant. "What the hell." she muttered. Sighing, she tucked her wand up her long black sleeves, keeping out of sight, and headed out into the street.
What city was this? Rose didn't drive, but she knew the cars were on the wrong side of the street. All around her, she heard people talking in American accents. She eventually ended up inside a coffee shop with Internet access. Maybe she could get a hold of her Grandparents? That was when she ran into someone who told her to check out this online website.
After one confused look, he had showed Rose.
Half an hour later she was back out on the street, more confused than ever, and with no idea how to get back to her reality. It was bad enough to be holding Quidditch supplies. Now people were going to wonder about her sanity.</center>
