Grateful that he didn't comment on the fact that they both knew she was lying regarding her feelings on the matter. Instead, she leaned against the table lightly, jade eyes studying him thoughtfully as he spoke.
"For what it's worth, Bruce, I think you'd make an amazing father. And, of course, there's always adoption." Natasha gave him a faint smile, then slowly pushed off the table.
