Tim wasn't strong enough to shoulder anyone elses problems currently. He was trying and failing at dealing with his own. Remembering the torture..but he needed to, he knew Buffy wanted the information he'd gotten. But at the same time he was scared. The memories brought back phantom pain. Were different than others that he had. He'd never been tortured by a demon before. He was trying to treat it like any other wound and just walk it off, but it didn't really work that way.
It hit him when he got up out of bed and everything swam. His vision was blurred as he walked down the halls, but still he pushed forward. He couldn't just sit around anymore, it wasn't in him. He knew Buffy would be upset, but if she knew anything about who he really was she would know it was hard for him to take any of this laying down. Tim always told Raven that he didn't want her interfering with his emotions and now was no different. His emotions were his own, and should stay that way. A private thing unless he decided he was up for share time. Currently that wasn't on his top five things to do. He had his hand against the wall steadying himself just to keep standing upright as he pushed open the door to the gym and it was almost to much on his body. He'd been in a coma for two days prior the attack thanks to the loss of blood. Claire had super blooded him sure, but it took time to get that energy back. A day or two wasn't going to do it. His hand gripped at the door frame and his knees felt like they were damn near going to buckle.
"Ngh.." A sound of pain as he finally gave in and caved. He couldn't deal with it anymore, the pain shot through him and made his legs feel like rubber. He was surprised he got that far without crawling.
