Finally, another person who understood what it was to not know what a computer was upon having first seen one. "It is rather difficult to get the hang of using the machines. Still, as useful as they can be, I still prefer speaking with people face-to-face and using pen and paper to write things down on." After all, old habits die hard, and while Helena did frequently use her computer, she still preferred the so-called "old fashioned" way of doing things sometimes. Which wasn't a bad thing, really.
Despite being excited, Helena managed to keep the tone of her voice from reflecting it. She was at least good in that respect. Of course, her excitement came out in other ways, however, such as the way she spoke. It was going to be quite the interesting meeting, but as long as she settled into the conversation, she'd be fine. Though she did give a glance to his bow, managing to keep herself from making some silly noise that would make her seem more the excitable child than a composed adult.
"Gaining a point of reference is most certainly an excellent thing to do." Helena smiled. "I far prefer tea, but I do not mind coffee every once in a while. Coffee is a bit too heavy and bitter for my tastes." Of course it could help keep her awake if she wished to remain awake, but she went to tea first. It was how she'd been raised and how she'd spent her life thus far. But she was not averse to trying new things.
