This was the day Mara had secretly feared ever since arriving here and sensing Jacen was here. Sensing that Darkness again made her skin crawl, and Mara was really wanting to take Darth Caedus down. While initially she hadn't agreed with Luke's plan, she ended up deferring to it, knowing it was the best way to handle things. That didn't exactly keep her from wishing to strike the death blow, Mara had every right in the world to do so. Darth Caedus had taken her life, it really was only fair that she'd take his.
Still, as she made her way to Jacen and Tenel Ka's home, she felt anxiety within her, within the Force. Just from the comments she'd shared with Tenel Ka on Caedus' post was enough to tell her how upset the other Jedi really was. And Mara wasn't about to let her go through this alone. With the plan in place, once Luke had made his entrance, she allowed him to confront Caedus while she immediately went to Tenel Ka's side.
"It's all right, we're here." She glanced over at Luke and Caedus, a rush of anger running through her, but she quickly channeled that into focusing herself, drawing on the Force to help shield Tenel Ka from any further harm. Mara was armed with her lightsaber and shoto, but both were still in their clips. It was obvious that she was there to protect, to ensure Caedus didn't hurt anything more than he all ready had. "Are you injured?" Mara knew the Hapan Queen wasn't emotionally all right, but she could at least help with any physical injuries. She was also ready to move Tenel Ka to a different area so she didn't have to bear witness to this battle. Mara was trying to not focus on the fact her own murderer was in such close proximity to her. Instead, she kept her link with Luke open, so they could draw upon each other's abilities if the need arose, and she kept her attention focused on Tenel Ka. It was the only way to keep her from joining in the battle and making sure Darth Caedus would never make another appearance again.
