Usually it was Clint that was working something out in the gym they had set up here. All she wanted to do right now was punch something until her hands bled. She had just talked to Clint yesterday. She should have realized that something was wrong. While she knew that this was a ridiculous way of thinking, she couldn't stop the thoughts from running through her head. She couldn't stop her brain from running into fucking overdrive.
She knew that this Dark guy was no good. Everyone knew that, though. He wasn't exactly hiding who he was. As she continued punching the bag, she wondered how Dark had done it. This wasn't the same as the situation had been with Loki, at least not yet. He hadn't looked like his eyes were glazed over in that shade of blue that made her sick in the pit of her stomach now. Now Natasha was upset, but she was willing to leave Clint with them for the time being, since he had apparently insisted time and time again than.
She had gotten too close with people here. She hadn't reacted like this when agents had been taken last time. She hated feeling like she was an emotional wreck, but she wasn't sure how else to describe what she was feeling right now. She was standing in a gym beating the living hell out of a punching bag. This was why a spy didn't have close friends, especially in their work.
She launched one last spin kick at the bag, kicking it off the chain and sending it flying across the room. Unlike a certain someone that she had met before, this wasn't something that she normally did. Plus, it hurt the fuck out of her foot. With a sigh, she sat down on the ground, pulling her shoe off to look at her foot. It looked like she had only bruised it, but even that was an annoyance.
