"A favorite? Um..Never thought about it really." He raised an eyebrow as he shrugged and watched her pay. For a minute he wondered if he should have at least offered to help pay but he didn't make a lot of money. The good thing about being a vigilante was, there was always a job if you found yourself needing. He'd helped repair a grocery store during the last bout of Kansas insanity, the shop owner said he could come in and work whenever he needed some cash and Kon accepted it. It wasn't much but it was enough for him to be able to eat and feed Krypto. Maybe he would even poke at Oiiver Queen's company soon, see what that man could dig up for him money wise eventually.
"He tried to get me to wear glasses too, but my vision wasn't even bad." Kon made a face. "I never did get the whole glasses thing." Shrugging as he waited for his pizza he leaned on the counter and looked up at her. "They were good people, some of the best. But I was a pretty horrible farmer." Kon admitted with a tiny smile. "Back then I was always trying to get out of Smallville, go figure. Now I'm trying to get back." Though he'd made some amazing friends, Kon missed home. "I've been here a year and a few months now." Finally he took his pizza from a Clerk who raised an eyebrow at their conversation, but Kon ignored him entirely and looked for a place to sit.
"Clark didn't even always want me, but yeah. He was always away on some Justice League mission or whatever. He was busy a lot toward the end there. Before I ended up here." Kon tapped the edge of his soda with his fingernail idly.
"Remotely being the key word here.." He said with a shrug and took a bite of pizza.
