It'd been with a solid punch she got the idiot knocked out and down onto the pavement. Ahh, the satisfying thud of criminal hitting pavement. It was sort of poetic to her, given the number of people they'd done that to, number of people they'd made cower in fear. Looking towards the man who approached, Andrea gave a small smile. "Hey, no problem." She said as she squatted down and pulled the wallet from the guy's lax grip before standing up and handing it over to the man.
However, he didn't take it right away and commented instead on her strength. She blinked. People usually didn't notice that right away. They were usually too disoriented. That curious feeling came back but, she brushed it aside. Because really. People reacted to being mugged differently. It was likely what the guy had zoned in on. "Popeye and mother knew right. Spinach is good for me." She said, not even really answering his question but not blowing him off either. A little quip to say what she could have just said, yes to and left at that. Humor tended to help in these kinds of situations. People needed to laugh to get their minds off the fact that it could have been their life, rather than their wallet or purses or whatever, that had been taken. "Do you want me to walk you anywhere?" She generally offered. Most of the time they refused but she kept an eye out anyway. It was interesting, and alarming, the number of people who were mugged not too far from their cars or their destination. So she walked them there. Once this teenage kid asked her to walk them for quite a few blocks. Apparently baby-sitter was part of her job description, but she'd done it. To make sure the kid was okay. And she would do it now. Because they were her responsibility. You save them, you watch over them. Her mother had said something almost similar, not so much with the saving but the watching over.
