It'd been a pretty slow night, as things went. In comparison to Metropolis, every night in Lawrence was slow but tonight had been a bit slower than usual. Andrea had founded that summer tended to be busy, what with the people coming to see all the attractions that Lawrence had. The shows, the restaurants, the exhibits. But that didn't mean there weren't evenings where there wasn't a lull. Tonight was one them.
She wasn't finished sweeping the city, by any means but she was looking forward already to an early night. Or correction, she had been until she heard a guy yelling for help.
Muggers. Stupid muggers. Bane of her existence. Sure some of them were interesting and were the ones she dealt with more regularly. But that didn't make them less of a pain in her ass. She jumped down easily onto a fire escape, and simply swung over the escaped and landed onto the ground on her two feet. Building hadn't been particularly high. She landed a few feet away from the running mugger, he didn't see her and she shot out her hand and caught him hard on the stomach.
With a quirk of her brow, she found it a bit curious when he didn't go down immediately. Nothing that sent off warning bells. She never struck more than to break a few bones. She was getting much better at measuring how much pressure she put in her punches and strikes and kicks. It was so hard to always focus on but she was getting there. Besides, this guy was pretty big. The bigger they were, the harder they fell. Either way, Andrea smirked in satisfaction at the grunt the man did let out, tilting her head slightly she she could get a better look at his face, she said, "Stealing is bad. Yeah, that's all I got for you tonight."
