Hulk shrugged. The sniper was better company than most men. He talked less, most of the time. and was deadly, for a puny pinkskin. Hulk liked that.
Hulk listened, and watched the man, eyes narrowed, hmmming. "Good." That was his only comment on the Helena situation, though his guts twisted with emotions, both his and Banner's. Damn Banner for getting to know her, anyway! And Damn Hulk, for sharing his likes for beautiful and spirited brunettes.
"Tell her... Banner is nowhere to be found." Hulk wasn't even admitting to himself that he would eventually grow tired and let Banner out by sheer exhaustion, if nothing else. He didn't want to. After years of repression and suppression, Hulk was tired of not getting enough time out to breathe, especially since he was the real core anyway! He was what Banner was afraid to be, and had always been that, even before the accident. Stupid banner!
