Ariel hesitated. She paused to consider the possibilities; the pros and the cons of leaving the complex with Maedhros right then. She had only just met him and his greeting reminded her of a man she faltered between grieving and fearing. Though, on the other hand, they'd agreed to meet on a public post and she knew that if something bad was happening to her, Allana would feel it in the Force and Kon would hear her if she screamed, no matter where she was. And Jimmy...well, she was still learning about Jimmy's powers, but if he tried to visit or reach her and she didn't answer, she knew he'd come looking.
Maedhros didn't seem threatening — neither did Joker or the Future Jimmy or Romana — and she didn't much like being indoors, either, even if she'd been hoarding herself away as of late.
"Sure," she agreed after the brief moment of reluctance. "It's nice out, anyway...I could use a walk," she admitted, following his gaze outside. Besides, she went outside all the time when she had to go to work, this was really no different, she supposed.
At that, she made her way toward the doors leading outside and thought on his question as she pushed open the door. What did she know? Very little, if she was honest. All of her knowledge was observational and heresay, but she supposed that Maedhros must assume as much of her; of any of them, really, who tried to answer that question, should he already have asked it.
"I know that Lucifer gets on the boards a lot...we all filter against him. I looked him up, once, on Wikipedia," she admitted, letting out a soft sigh. "He was an Angel of the Lord, once. He fell. He hates humans," she added.
Ariel reached up with one hand and grasped the amulet she wore. "The demons..." she started, her voice trailing off as she considered Ruby Winchester, who she'd heard was a demon, but had always seemed so nice and normal, even though Ariel hadn't ever really talked to her much.
"Most of them," she decided as a preface, "enjoy torturing us. There have been attacks on residents," she went on, looking over at him. "There was a woman who had been beaten badly; I saw that on the boards a while back. And when the future children were here, there were mass kidnappings...they all came back in poor shape, if I remember right," she finished. She knew that Sammy Winchester had, at least; she knew because the future Ben had had to leave her because of it. "What specifically do you want to know...?" she prompted, unsure of how to continue, really, with her answer.
