Evil? That seemed a bit of an extreme reaction to someone who was green; although, Lancelot wasn't wholely surprised by it. He came from a place where people were once suspected of magic for any slightly unusual or unexplainable action; and thus, sentenced to death. However, he never felt that way in Camelot and he didn't feel that way now (especially when once considered that green on a woman didn't hold the connotations in Camelot that they did in modern times) "She has no need to make that effort, unless it makes her feel more comfortable." He could understand wanting to be cautious and wouldn't be offended either way.
"I suppose that is true enough, Elena." He agreed with a small smile.
Lancelot followed her quietly and didn't say a thing about the instrument she pulled out. His brows raised just a bit but he kept his questions to himself, for now. When she showed him this phone, he mouthed the word after her. Wrapping his tongue around the word. He was fascinated by the bright light it emitted and more so by the strange letters. It looked a mix of Latin like words and others he didn't know o f. It looked similiar and not. He didn't focus all TOO hard on them because Elena's private correspondence was not his business.
He listened to her explanations of phones and cars and the tall lights that were called lamps. The cars were ... Lancelot wasn't a jumpy person but with a creature speeding past them on the road, he had placed himself slightly before Elena. The only thing that stilled his sword was the people in them. The cars. Though, his hand had gone to it out of instinct.
"You have a lovely home." He said after they arrived and once he was inside. He surveyed as much as his eyes could take. Much smaller than a castle but larger than the little homes often found in villages. It could be an inn. At her offer, he gave his head a short shake, "No. I am fine, Elena. However, thank you."
