"Then I do believe we are in wonderous company, Bruce," she said with a warm smile. And, of course, she couldn't help but like the praise. As if her ego needed any further inflation than it currently had, but anything to take her mind off of the stress and Moriarty wanting to do horrible things to her. And what better way to distract herself than be in the company of a fellow genius scientist? "Thank you, and it is not every day I meet someone who completely understands when I talk science to such a degree."
At the question of the experiments, Helena smiled a bit. "So far so good. I started a sample batch of cavorite on Sunday. It was mostly for my testing the modern equipment than anything else." She moved over to the furnace she had the mixture in where it needed to get to the temperature of 60 degree Fahrenheit. "It needs a few more days before it is properly cavorite. But I am ready to make a full batch of cavorite. Which is what you can help me with today." She turned to him with a smile that only another scientist could ever fully understand. She moved back to where she had the equipment and various materials she needed for the cavorite. "Now, all of these need to be melted down so they can be mixed together. Though the measurements have to be absolutely precise. Otherwise once it turns into cavorite, it has the potential to blow the roof off of this lab." Helena glanced up at the ceiling, then at Bruce with a slightly sheepish smile. "I did that once. Scared the daylight out of myself and the other staff at the time. Luckily no one was hurt."
Grabbing her notebook, she held it out for Bruce to look over, pointing out the measurements for each material that needed to be melted. "These are the specific measurements that need to be melted down. The notes in the margins are not connected to the measurements. I tend to jot things things down whenever they occur to me." Some of the notes were equations for how much pressure the cavorite would end up exerting on the properties around it. She knew the size of the measure of cavorite she needed in order to effectively make her anti-gravity generator again, but she could not help going through the same steps she had done so long ago. The rest of the notes mostly had to do with when she got to installing the generator in Emily's room and measurements and so forth.
