The response to Allana being a teenager was clue enough to just how long after her death Luke was from. She wondered what Ben was like in the time he was from, what he was doing. But she quickly pulled herself from that line of thinking because such thoughts would only serve to make her long to hold her son again more than she all ready did. "Yes, this place truly is strange. But I should not think you should complain about how you are seeing me again," she commented with a slight quirk of her eyebrows and a curve to her lips.
"You better not or I will glue myself to you and then you'll be stuck with me forever." Mara smirked.
Blinking, Mara suddenly realize what he meant and laughed a bit. "Ah sorry, I have been too focused on this current chain of events. It is hard to keep count, they keep getting brought here and sent away, but there are many. Also, there is no real organization in place to help fight the war being fought here, which can be frustrating, so just try not to let it get to you."
At his comment of teaching her new things, she looked at him, clearly intrigued. "Oh? I cannot wait to see what you have to teach me, love." And she caught the way he looked her over and knew what was going through his mind. After all, she was having similar thoughts. She truly couldn't wait to get to the complex. It had felt like an eternity since she had last been with Luke. She needed his balance, his presence to help ground her.
She did like hearing the playfulness in his words, and she was about to respond when she spotted a couple Autons ahead of them. She stopped abruptly, grabbing her lightsaber, the blade hissing into life. "Up for taking a couple more of those things down? The complex is just a block or two away."
