"For me, nothing ever compares to you." He found his heart pounding faster, the longer he held her. She made him feel younger, better, more alive, and he felt elated to have found her again, somehow, some way. This was amazing! All was possible in the Force, he knew that, and he was glad, here and now, that he had been drawn here.
"I met them, yes. They have an energy feeding them. I found a link." Luke listened to her words, listening, feeling her words and her feelings equally across the Force. He peppered her lips and her face with kisses around words, and listened. "We will meet, he and I, yes. Soon enough. For now, there is time." He perked up at her mention of a place to stay, and of the fact that Jaina was there. "I hope to see her, too, later."
Letting go of her reluctantly, he nodded, and his saber dropped to his hand again. "Ready when you are." He moved after her, falling into step with her as if it had not been decades since he had last seen her, the snap-hiss of his lightsaber coming on sounding quiet against the city noise. He was alert, and aware, and yet he still spared a moment for a glance at her as she walked. That was a sight he would never get over.
