Girl code or whatever it was wasn't something Abby really understood. Mostly because that probably meant making connections that were deeper with people and she hadn't really started doing that until she joined ARC. Though at least she knew of Kim so if something had happened about that, she would have at least understood the reasoning, even if it was bloody ridiculous. Especially when there were more pressing matters at hand. Like being held captive by some crazy brainwashed people. And that was just presently.
"Okay. That's good...."
Because the movement was really tiring and Abby would rather be able to fall to her knees and not exert too much energy. She would if Rose needed what minor medical help Abby could provide, but she still preferred not exerting too much energy if at all possible. So she lowered herself to sitting and went back to twisting the ring around her finger absently. She was aware that Rose was taking stock of her but given the situation at hand, it made sense. Which was why she didn't shoot an annoyed look at the other blond. It wasn't like either of them were in much of a state to hurt the other and maybe they could come up with... something. Not that there were any ways out. Abby had checked. But two heads were better than one.
Or Rose could ask her about being here the entire time.
"The entire time? Yeah... I mean, I don't know how long or anything but I've been here since waking up..." As Rose forced herself into a proper sitting position, Abby looked over to her to make sure she was okay all things considered before blinking. "They have...? Is Connor okay? Who else is missing?"
Not that she knew many people, but she had made some connections in the month she'd been there. Perhaps it was too many questions at once, but knowing that others were missing? It was extremely upsetting.
