Hercules definitely noticed the eyeing this Gaia was giving him. Oh he was use to the looks. He got them all the time. Didn't mean he liked it but at least Gaia was behaving and not throwing herself at him like so many did back home. He listened carefully to her as she told him they were in some kingdom called America and its city Lawrence.
Hearing that two thousand years separated them from the age of the Roman Empire caused a brow to lift on Hercules' face. Though his face darkened some at the mention of this being the gods doing. "The gods. Of course it's the gods, messing in people's lives again," he muttered in his native Greek. Was he really going to have to go to Olympus and pound sense into their heads to leave mortals alone? Because Hercules had no qualms in doing that.
The question of where he was from pulled him back to the conversation and he folded his arms over his chest. "I grew up in Corinth in Greece," he said, once more stumbling over some Latin. He was probably being too open, but Hercules was pretty confident that he could handle whatever this woman could dish out. Or so he thought. Though if he were to know what sensual thoughts were running through her head, he would probably be backing away.
"Where are you from?" He had a few guesses but conversations were good.
