Galen Marek ([info]star_killer) wrote in [info]wariscoming,
Galen shrugged a little. "Honestly I'm not sure. I was....sequestered when I wasn't out on a mission Vader had sent me on to train and meditate. So I never had the need let alone chance to learn how to be quick with my mind and tongue in social settings." He leaned back against the cushions. "Still, at least here I have the opportunity to learn how to do that." The trick was to not make an ass of himself in the process.

As Gaia shifted again, Galen's eyes watched her. And came to rest on her chest. Forcing himself to focus (he was human after all) he pulled his eyes away after a few moments, a faint red in his cheeks. He hoped Gaia hadn't noticed his staring. He had been trying to find places to read up on how to interact with women so he could better communicate with Rikki, and staring at a woman's chest was not the way to communicate properly.

He nodded some. "I know it's probably not even close to being the same thing as having someone you trust at your back, but at least you aren't alone in being displaced here, yes?" Galen had been lucky that Leia had found him shortly after his arrival here.
