Leo had just ordered himself a coffee, nothing fancy, just regular coffee with some cream and sugar, when he heard a quiet "Hi" next to him. The older man turned and gave Chris a warm smile. "Hi," he returned. "I just ordered some coffee if you wanted anything?" So, maybe to some a father buying his grown son a coffee or whatever would be a bit odd. But the two barely knew each other. In Leo's case, not at all. This was a chance to learn more about the father he was in Chris's time. Part of Leo hoped it wasn't too terrible.
Staring into his son's eyes (they looked more like Piper's eyes than his. Hell, most of Chris's features seemed to be more Piper influenced) he could all but see some sort of pain, a sadness locked away there. But Leo wouldn't draw attention to it. Not right now. Now wasn't the time for talking about Chris.
