Galinda was definitely more delicate than most, but her best friend was also green. Add in she already knew what Damon was, it helped. That and she was mostly out of sorts anyway. So while it had indeed scared her, she didn't put much thought into it because she had known to begin with that he was so it wasn't that shocking. Unnerving, sure, but not shocking.
As he said that was what friends were for, Galinda mere gave a small nod.
"Yeah. It's what friends are for..."
Not that she had ever told any of her friends because she felt it was what she deserved but that was beside the point. Still, as he offered her his arm, Galinda gave a weak smile. She knew that this wasn't his normal role but she still appreciated it. And she knew that no one would care, that they would still villianify him but that didn't mean she had to hate him for it.
"She'll be at home. I was supposed to meet up with her.. I hope she doesn't worry too much.. she's already moodified as it is..."
Did Galinda realize she needed her friends to get her through this? No. Because she didn't think there was anything to get through. It was what it was, what she deserved. She just knew better than to voice that feeling aloud. So she would just stay quiet on the matter, try to make the pain vanish with a poof and sparkles and be herself so no one worried. They all had enough to worry about after all.
