Brittany S. Pierce ([info]lostinthesewers) wrote in [info]wariscoming,
Brittany had been attending school in Lawrence for weeks, but she still had problems navigating the hallways. She didn't know how she'd managed to be so good finding her way around McKinley High back home. It might have had something to do with always having her best friend Santana by her side, telling which way to turn to get to each of her classes. Without Santana she felt a little lost in more than one way. Sure, she had friends in Kansas, but none quite filled the empty space in her heart that Santana usually occupied.

To better figure things out, Brittany had her class schedule taped to one side of her trapper keeper. Next to each of the classroom numbers she'd jotted down landmarks that she would be able to see around said classroom. Trophy cases, discolored floor tiles... This was her method when it came to navigating the school. At the moment she was looking for the janitor's closet that had initials scratched into the wooden door. She was suddenly snapped out of her haze when a stranger collided with her.

"The science wing?" She echoed, giving her surroundings a once over. "I think that's by the water fountain that sprays your face if you press the button weird." Brittany gave the teacher a warm smile. "This way." She nodded in the direction she meant.
