Kon didn't remember much from home. He didn't know if that was good or bad. Bart was bringing up all kinds of memories he'd thought were long since lost. Part of him worried. Why were those memories lost? Should they remain lost? What did it mean if they came up again? So many questions and so few answers. Maybe Bart would be able to shed some light on it. Assuming he could get the answers out of him. If anyone knew how to dodge a question they didn't want to answer it was Bart.
These were things he needed to know, things that might explain why he was the way he was and what had been happening with him lately. Lucky for him he didn't have much time to worry or he might have given himself grey hair if he allowed it to continue on like it was. Bart was in his line of vision and he was once again grinning from ear to ear. He liked that about Bart. There was no possible way that he could be upset with Bart around.
"Don't lie. I won." He teased, and then looked around incase anyone was watching and hugged Bart. It wasn't something he normally did, given that he hadn't seen his best friend in almost a year now it seemed appropriate. He could care less if Bart laughed or if anyone else thought it was weird. He was just happy to have him there.
The hug only lasted a few moments though as he regained his bearings and sheepishly grinned. "So, we should get to the complex. It isn't safe being out here too long. There are demons. They look like humans though, it's hard to tell them apart really unless you're close."
