Who:Dick Grayson and Felicia Hardy
What:Things, and stuff!
When:Today~
Where:the complex
Warnings:TBA but unlikely to be any

Dick had just returned from his little vacation with Clark that had been meant to clear his head. It really had done wonders. Had he stayed in Kansas any longer with the Bruce and Jason issues going on he might have exploded from drama. Something had to give and if it wasn't going to be one of them, it was going to be him. The mountain air had done good in helping him clear the negative energy. He felt more like himself then he had in weeks since arrival. It'd been nearly a non stop drama drowning with the Joker and Harley, and then with Bruce and Jason. There was only so much one guy could take. Now however he seemed at peace. He was comfortably dressed in the kitchen complex, wearing a pair of sweats and a wife beater and preparing tea that he'd brought back from the mountain pass.

He couldn't help but wonder where Damian was. It'd been a while since he heard from his kid brother. He actually found himself wanting to spend time with him which was rare in itself. When Damian had first arrived back home he'd been less then thrilled to have another sibling wearing the Robin title. Now Damian had grown into it, come so far from the snotty little ten year old boy he knew and didn't love so much. He cared about others and carried the title well on his own right. Dick was proud to have him wear it, even if it was a little odd that Robin was a name given to him and passed through the Bat Family. Robin had been given to him by his mother and Bruce kind of adopted it. He wasn't sure whether or not to be honored or conflicted, so he just stuck with neutral.

His eyes were tired as he watched the tea pot warm up on the stove. "Watched Pots never boil Master Grayson." He could practically hear Alfred's voice in the back of his mind, but still that didn't stop him from waiting. He was impatient.

"Hey there DC" came the voice still bleary with sleep. The couple of hours lie in from the night before had done Felicia the world of good but she still maintained she wasn't human until she'd had her morning coffee. Black as the blackest pit of hell and strong enough that if she wanted her spoon to stand up in the cup it might well just do that. It was her one major vice. Well, that and the stealing but whatever. She had a long day ahead of her with Tony and that woman at the office. But she'd get the job done. Always had, always would. She just did a few jobs of her own on the side and Tony didn't ask questions. She liked it that way.

She switched on the coffee maker noting Dick had gone for tea. How very proper of him, but Felicia needed more than any kind of tea could offer her. All the caffeine all at once. That was her motto.

She yawned as she slid into the seat across from him wondering if she glared at the coffee maker enough would it bend to her will and make there be coffee. It seemed not to be obeying. She hated it a little bit right then. "Good holiday then? You and Supes. Where'd you end up going?" she asked, having noted the absence. She kept an eye on them, they were good friends of hers now that those from home seemed to be vanishing more and more. She didn't like it. Plus, those that were left, Danny, Tony, the harpy witch queen of secretaries with delusions of grandeur, the Pete that wasn't her Pete, they were complicated.

But much as she trolled the DC guys for their clear inferiority to her 'brand' Marvel. They understood her in a way few here could, so she looked out for them. Amid the trolling.

Obviously.

On any normal day it would have been coffee, black no whistles. Since he'd gotten back from the mountains though he'd brought back so much tea it was almost overwhelming. He needed to give some of it out soon. It was kind of a ridiculous thing. Raising a brow at the branding he chuckled and offered a grin. "Hey Marvel." Yeah he knew all about the comics these days thanks to people on the boards telling him about Batman and his future. That part wasn't so nice though.

"Tea is faster you know. Also has caffeine. None of that decaf stuff." A playful grin on his face as he leaned back in his chair and sipped at his mug. "Got plenty of it. Straight from the worlds highest mountain."

Peering over at her slow brewing coffee then back at her he nodded. "Just what I needed really. We scaled Everest. He didn't even fly once. I was kinda impressed actually. He always wanted to do it but next vacation, it's my pick." An impish expression creeped into his face as he took a drink of his tea. "Guess it's sorta good taking time off sometimes. Never tried it legit before." There were 'vacations' with Wally West, but Dick always made sure there was a mystery to solve in those. He counted them more as work then play much to Wally's displeasure.

"Did I miss anything notable around here?" He never had minded her trolling, it actually mostly just amused him usually. Before he'd come to Kansas he really didn't understand much about the internet. Oracle would have been proud of him if she could see him now.

The Marvel DC thing was an ongoing snarkfest between her and the 'other company' ever since she'd found a online thing of Deadpool being mean to some guy with a weird inkblot looking facemask. Of course it being Wade it might well have been something he already knew about. He was weird like that, or given her predicament now it could be said that he had been right all along. Maybe he had actually got some power to see worlds like this and that's why he always came off so messed up. Or maybe he was the sane one. No, no it couldn't be that. The very thought gave her a headache.

"Tea is faster but coffee is better." Morning Felicia was not the most together at the best of times and she'd just had a thought process that made Deadpool seem momentarily sane. It was shaping up to be one of those mornings and she didn't like it. She should go steal something pretty really. Or listen to Mr DC. Scaling Everest was very much a them thing. She was sure it was all kinds of thrilling but it was a bigass mountain and they were aliens. They were allowed do things like that. "I'm glad you had fun all the same." she told him, "Sometimes getting away is really the best thing you can do. Take a break, recharge, the whole thing. I've never done much legit but I did good holidays, all over the place. My family used to vacation in Aspen."

Rich girl cat burglar. She knew it seemed ridiculous. But the DC boys never really tried to stop her, or she was just too good for them. Probably totally that latter one.

As for what he'd missed. "Do you want the story of the batshit Russian or the batshit Irishman, or any of the other myriad of crazy we deal with? Honestly I've mostly just been working, actual legit working too. I'm doing PR for Tony Stark. It's been...interesting to say the least. It's why I stayed here last night actually, I still keep my rooms here and its closer than home or To...or anywhere else" she added, hoping he'd let the slip go, as the coffee machine finally went off and Feicia almost lunged for it to pour out her strong black coffee. The first sip was all she needed.

"That's better." she said with a sigh.

He smirked at her comment. "Fair enough. If only there had been real coffee houses up there maybe I'd move this stuff faster. But noo I had to go and buy tea." Offering a shrug as he leaned back in his chair and drank from his mug. It still tasted like the mountain. Still refreshing. "Then again..it isn't so bad." Relaxing was a rare thing for him. His paranoia and issues made it difficult to do so on a regular basis. Even his vacations usually turned into cases. He remembered how mad it used to make Barry.

"I think we needed it. Clark too. He's Superman, but even he can't do everything all the time. This choice was his. The next one vacation-assuming we ever get one again is mine." If he had it his way he would take a real vacation, no cases, no mysteries to be solved, just total rest. Maybe even a cute girl who gives messages.

As for why he hadn't tried to stop her, frankly it just wasn't his style. He was more major crime. Batman tended to take care of the cat burglars.

"Batshit.." He snickered. "You have no idea how many times I used that phrase around Bruce just to annoy him as a kid." He stated as he ran a hand through his dark hair and raised an eyebrow."Hmmm..."He'd caught her little slip up, but really wasn't a fan of Tony Stark. Save for upgrading his suit like he said he would, the guy was a total douche bag.

"How about the batshit Irishman for starters? My curiosity is peaked."
