He smirked at her comment. "Fair enough. If only there had been real coffee houses up there maybe I'd move this stuff faster. But noo I had to go and buy tea." Offering a shrug as he leaned back in his chair and drank from his mug. It still tasted like the mountain. Still refreshing. "Then again..it isn't so bad." Relaxing was a rare thing for him. His paranoia and issues made it difficult to do so on a regular basis. Even his vacations usually turned into cases. He remembered how mad it used to make Barry.
"I think we needed it. Clark too. He's Superman, but even he can't do everything all the time. This choice was his. The next one vacation-assuming we ever get one again is mine." If he had it his way he would take a real vacation, no cases, no mysteries to be solved, just total rest. Maybe even a cute girl who gives messages.
As for why he hadn't tried to stop her, frankly it just wasn't his style. He was more major crime. Batman tended to take care of the cat burglars.
"Batshit.." He snickered. "You have no idea how many times I used that phrase around Bruce just to annoy him as a kid." He stated as he ran a hand through his dark hair and raised an eyebrow."Hmmm..."He'd caught her little slip up, but really wasn't a fan of Tony Stark. Save for upgrading his suit like he said he would, the guy was a total douche bag.
"How about the batshit Irishman for starters? My curiosity is peaked."
