It was becoming clear that, wherever this place was, there was something going on with people. Every now and then Ava would catch sight of people, most of them laughing and staggering. She suspected alcohol. Ava wasn't certain how that pertained to her if it did at all, but she tried to take in every little clue she could catch. Figuring out what was going on with others might help her figure out how she came to the place and the reason why.
The landscape made her think it was Earth. The people she saw seemed human or at least human in appearance, but she didn't like to assume things. Assumption could easily lead to danger and she didn't feel like putting her life on the line. She needed to be one hundred percent certain. Then she heard a familiar voice. Ava turned sharply on heel and spotted the source of the voice.
"Liz?" Her eyebrows raised and she found herself smiling a little in spite of being totally on edge. The Roswell native was a pleasant surprise even when everything else seemed crazy. Ava laughed quietly, returning the hug. "Liz, what's goin' on here?" She hoped that Liz might be able to provide some answers.
