Tony pulled the shirt on and looked at Katherine. "Fair point but if there's no would to provide a viable source for the blood they're going to start asking questions. Especially Ziva." He wasn't going to fail Katherine again. He couldn't. Because if he did she might just kill him. Or never let him out again. He buttoned his shirt up but left it untucked before looking at Katherine, his mind working.
"I think you're going to have to rough me up for the mugging story to hold water," he said finally. Katherine had chosen him and he had already let her down once. He wouldn't do it again. "Otherwise they'll lock me up and try to sway me to their blind way of thinking of guilty before innocent."
