Wincing sympathetically, Izzy listened carefully so that Anna wouldn't have to repeat herself. She really wished that the other woman wouldn't talk, but the information was definitely useful. Taking the bag, Izzy nodded. "I'll be right back. I'm gonna give this to Dr. D— Moore," she said, correcting herself. "Hold still. Don't move while I'm gone, okay?"
The girl left the woman briefly enough to hand off the bag to Ella's mother. She refused herself a peek inside, afraid of what she'd fine. Most specifically, she was afraid she'd see something of Ella's and know that her intuition was not wrong.
A moment later, she returned to Anna's side, picking up the book and leafing through slowly. She'd heal better in wolf form. That was the bit that stood out to Izzy. "I don't know if there's anywhere to keep you...but if I promise that I can keep you calm, do you think it'd be okay if you change? Because I'm confident that I can," she said. Izzy was checking the woman, too, for any injuries that looked more severe than the others, trying to find a place to start.
