"No!" Kira batted at the vicious swarm that attacked and covered her entire body, turning her into ash in one world. Only for her to materialize in another. Immediately, her hand went to her heart as she tried to regain her balance and sort through the images flashing in her mind. She didn't need to breathe but there still had been a shock, a terror that had gone through her entire body. Going through what she had just gone through, no one would blame her having a bit of difficulty in regaining her equilibrium. She'd just died ... and now she was in another reality. Sometime was needed.
However, ever resourceful, Kira managed to bounce back in record time. Dark eyes opening and taking in the alleyway she'd ended up in. "End of the world for 500." She muttered to herself. Great. Just great. All she'd wanted to do was to become a human. She'd been fine with being soulless but of course, that was too much to ask for. And she hadn't expected that those back-stabbing little slimeballs that she called family would be desperate enough to call Zankou. She would have been a bit impressed, if she didn't consider the huge part where she'd died painfully and was in another dimension where her chances of dying painfully again were pretty high. Kira sincerely hopped he fileted every single one of them.
Straightening the dress Phoebe had let her borrow, Kira with a single thought shimmered in front of the apartment complex. She didn't need to ask around to know where to go. She'd been bombarded with visions the moment she'd arrived, the instant her skin had touched the brick wall in the alley. This placed screamed about the seals and the new arrivals. Of who was who and where to go. And further, more it bled the Winchesters. It breathed the Winchesters. She knew more about two brother's history than she knew about herself. And okay, someone need to neuter the older one and quick.
Walking up to the door, Kira knocked. Waiting to be let in. Her powers were quickly rearranging herself, recooperating and trying to adjust to all of the new information. This was new, even for her. Which was definitely saying something. As she waited, Kira sighed. One of her hands going to her ear lobe. Would it have been too much to ask for the earrings to have not fallen off when she'd turned into kitty litter? At least she still had the dress. Smoothing her hand down over it, one last time, Kira felt connected to the only person who had ever truly cared for her. And that made the already confident Seer feel that much more assured. Which, depending on your point of you, might not have been a good thing.
