Suture? Thought Paige, frowning slightly. Who said suture? She was pretty sure they didn't even say suture in hospitals, and she would know. She'd worked closely with a few doctors when she'd been worked as a social worker.
Pushing the inane thought away, Paige walked carefully towards the front of the shop. After all. Who just went into an abandon shop when they noticed someone was in there? Especially this time at night. No one except perhaps the police-which was never a good thing for her-or a demon. Paige knew that the demons of this world were very different from the ones in her world. But she was pretty sure one thing was constant. Monopolizing on an opportunity that had a good chance of an easy prey. Abandon shop, not much lighting, someone in it past midnight? Oh yeah. That definitely screamed easy prey.
"Hi." Paige said in return. Her eyes took him in. He didn't seem threathening but she knew enough about the deception of appearances. She probably didn't look like she could put up much of a fight, but she could even without her powers. She might not have Phoebe martial arts skills but she could definitely handle herself in a tussle. As she looked him over, her eyes caught the bleeding on his temple and immediately concern took over. Not completely over, but enough that she was already walking towards him to get a better look at it. "Here, sit down." She gestured towards a chair, it didn't look it's sturdiest but she pushed it against the wall. It would do for now. She didn't have any chairs in the back. Mostly just tables and stools. "I don't have any .. sutures," Paige gave a small smile, a tiny quirk of her lips that reach her hazel eyes and softened the wariness that was previously there. "But I have something that might help."
She waited for him to sit down. It was a salve she had made as soon as she'd found out that there was no leaving this place, at least not without some serious magic to back it up. Eva had showed it to her, a gypsy remedy that had been in the Nicoli family. One that would come in handy, especially since she didn't know how to heal and Leo wasn't there.
