She was scared. She didn't have a right to be after throwing virtual sticks at the bad guy, but she was. She couldn't help it. While she'd packed her things she'd actually cried. She wasn't sure if it was really because of Loki or the possibility that her past-parents might hate her or disown her or all of the above. She should have known better, she did so why still did she do it? The explosion earlier in the day had also scared her. She was sure if she'd calculated the day she probably would have spent about 90 percent of it in fear and it was tiring. The last thing she wanted was for James to see her like this. She went to the bathroom and washed her face before hugging her parents tightly and leaving with an angry looking demigod.
It didn't help that she didn't know her that well either. She was going to stay with a Jedi, it should have been cool. She wasn't so sure that even the Jedi was going to be pleased to see her though. Everything was a mess and it was her fault. When she got to Jaina's she was quiet and awkward. Dropping her duffel bag by the couch she looked down at her feet and excused herself to the kitchen. She didn't know what to say or how to act except worried. She got herself a glass of water, but really wasn't all that interested in drinking it. She mostly just looked at it and over at the group again. Her brown brows knit together apprehensively as she put the cup down on the counter near by and began to pace the kitchen.
She tried to put on a front when the others were around, but she wasn't sure it was working very well. Chewing at her lip she leaned against the counter and put her face in her hands. She didn't even want to look at the internet anymore, coming from her that was a scary thought. There were never times she didn't want to be connected. She felt almost like she was having some kind of a panic attack. She screwed her eyes shut and tried to relax. It was failing.
