Cersei, on the other hand, felt little guilt about what had happened. Her only worry had been that the boy was still alive and therefore could reveal what he had seen. She'd sent someone else to finish the job Jaime couldn't finish and he had failed as well. It was a rather touchy subject for her. Sure, he was just a ten year old kid, but he had the power to ruin them and Cersei didn't like anyone else having the power. It was better that the boy wasn't around and if keeping Arya meant some kind of safeguard for her and her twin then she would keep the girl. Although she probably wouldn't be treated very well from Cersei. She still need to lay out her plan as to how to play this particular situation. "We can keep her," Cersei said simply. She grew tired of wasting her thoughts on a Stark.
Cersei swallowed as she listened to her brother. "I understand," she told him, her voice finding itself again. It was hard to imagine how she was going to get back to the way things were at home when she didn't understand anything about this world, but she knew as long as she had Jaime she could do anything.
Cersei followed Jaime. Even just feeling like Jaime had some kind of plan made her feel better. Sometimes... rarely, but sometimes she needed her brother to make everything better again. She knew giving herself to him wouldn't really fix anything, but it would make her feel better. It was something that was so familiar. She knew she could always count on that if there was nothing else. She was reminded of all of their times together as Jaime pushed her up against the alley wall. She was slightly repulse by their surroundings, but she wasn't sure she cared. It wasn't like any bedroom here would be familiar to her anyway.
"I need you," she told her brother as she moved her hands up to his face. She caressed his cheek before she moved into his kiss, pulling him closer to her as she deepened it. Her hunger for him was like nothing she had ever experienced before. Perhaps it was careless, but she didn't care. She needed Jaime. She needed him so she could know everything was going to be okay.
