His dear sister, it would take some time for her to get used to a place like this, a place where she would have to start again, without her power, her title, her name to get her whatever it was she wanted whenever she wanted it. Cersei Lannister had found herself in a world where she had no influence and he knew just how hard it was for her. But he'd make that okay here. He would do that for her. Though her words momentarily confused him.
"Of course I missed you, did you think for a second I would not." But yesterday, of course, he had to explain the rest to her. "It's been months, perhaps nearing a year since I was brought here, and though it seems less to you. To me, its been so much longer. And for Joffery too. I believe time passes rather differently in our homes than it does here. And I know you're worried Cersei but I'm here. I'm always there when you need me aren't I?" he asked her.
He watched as she drank her wine, He knew she was scared. Cersei had squeezed his hand. That simple action meant so much to him and he knew the woman before him so very well. He loved her so completely. And the fact that she was scared bothered him more than he could say. If he was keeping his Cersei grounded than he would continue to do so for as long as it took. He dropped a couple of notes on the table to cover the wine and stood holding out his hand. "My Queen." he began with a smile he kept just for her and waited for her to stand and join him.
