No, a place like this and Cersei didn't exactly go together. She lived her life by a certain rule set. Sure, it was her own rules made to help her and Jaime get ahead, but it was definitely there. She had been playing the game by her own rules and it was working, but this place? Well, Cersei didn't exactly know what the game was here and that didn't settle well with her at all. Everything she had worked for, everything she had sacrificed.. gone in a single moment.
The connection and bond she had with Jaime was uncanny. She knew she didn't need to tell him where she was exactly, he would find her. He always did. They always found a way to be together and it seemed like that connection was still there in this strange world because it wasn't long before her twin brother came through the cafe door and sat down across from her like nothing was amiss.
Normally Cersei wouldn't allowed Jaime even the smallest of touches in public, but she was so distraught and confused she wasn't thinking properly. She gave Jaime's hand a squeeze and didn't pull it away. That small touch was the only thing that was keeping her grounded.
"I..." but the words didn't come for the first time in Cersei's loud mouthed life. She knew that Jaime wasn't one to play some cruel joke on her. Plus, the world and how different it was from the place she had fallen asleep in last night was enough to convince her to believe just about anything Jaime said.
"Missed me?" she finally managed. She raised her eyebrows at her brother and took a deep drink of wine. "I saw you yesterday." She swallowed and nodded. She would follow Jaime anywhere. She really would. "Let's go."
