Who: Anatoly and Svetlana Sergievsky plus NPC guy
When: Late morning of 20 January 2012
Where: Cafe in Lawrence
What: I've given up knowing what these two will do. Plan Humanize Anatoly?
Rating: Shouldn't be high

Even though it was deemed dangerous to go out, the girls still had to go to school, which meant Svetlana had no choice but to leave the complex on a daily basis. Usually Anatoly came with her and this was no different. It wasn't as if either of them were sick or injured and unable to. The only difference was the decision to go to a local cafe on their way back to the complex. Despite the fact that it was rather cold out for most, this was nothing in comparison to Moscow this time of year. Undoubtedly it would be in the single digits and feel as if it were below zero based off the Fahrenheit system. So being in the twenties and feeling like thirteen degrees Fahrenheit really was nothing much. It was a matter of being prepared for it. That and there were too many people in the cafe. So while Anatoly got the tea, Svetlana had found a table where they could hopefully not be bothered by people thinking her husband Josh Groban and had started to read a book while she waited.

Apparently reading a book was not clue enough for some people that someone wished to be alone for some guy slid into the chair opposite of her.

"I couldn't help but notice you're sitting alone."

Rolling her eyes, Svetlana just sighed and continued reading, not even bothering to look up from her book.

"Currently."

"Oh, Russian. Hot. Want to go somewhere and have some fun, just the two of us?"

Were Americans really so crass? Really? Maybe it was stress and poor sleeping habits that had Svetlana more easily annoyed than usual, but this was ridiculous. So once again, without bothering to look up from her reading, the blond merely held up her left hand.

"Married."

And even that didn't deter the guy, who pulled her book down to look her in the face.

"You have really beautiful eyes."

Okay. There was... really no words for that. Did this guy really just forcibly interrupt her reading and then try to win her over by complimenting her eyes?

"....Really?" It was obvious, even to this idiot, that Svetlana was less than amused by this entire situation. But the guy just shrugged and leaned back in the chair.

"Hey, it's a numbers game. I strike out about 90 percent of the time."

Quirking a brow, Svetlana just shook her head slightly.

"Thus restoring my faith in my gender." It was true that Svetlana didn't have much faith in women, mostly because those she mostly came across had no qualms sleeping with a married man, or turned on their friends for no reason whatsoever, for things out of their friends' control and other such matters. But it was at least nice to know that they had enough common sense to turn down idiots like this one. Well, most of them. There was the ten percent who were apparently pathetic enough to fall for it, but that was their problem.
